Step by step – System Administrator Dashboard
This guide is primarily intended for the system administrator. It details the procedures allowing him to display the profiles of employees and organizational units, to assign roles, to create procedures, or to configure Workflow rules, such as the display language, the date format, etc. It also presents the interactive reports available to the system administrator.
Before configuring a procedure, it is important that the system administrator has the following information on hand:
- The tasks (steps) necessary for the completion of the procedure;
- The duration of the task;
- The statuses that can be attributed to the procedure;
- Unique identifiers of the procedure;
- Which identifier will be updated by SIGTAS.
For each task, the system administrator must specify:
- The instructions necessary to correctly complete the task and the name of the screen, when the task is completed in SIGTAS;
- Who (which role) can perform, assign and reassign the task;
- The possible results, following its completion;
- The status of the procedure, after its completion following the reception of a specific result;
- The next task (if required), following the reception of a specific result.
