Link a request types to a document type

This part of the guide explains how to link a request type to a document type.

This functionality allows to link request types to a document type, to choose certificate validity date and to upload a logo for a specific type of certificate.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Document Types/Request Type

  1. Go to the Administration module;
  2. Choose the Base Tables option;
  3. Select the Taxpayer Info option;
  4. Click the Document Types/Request Type menu. This action opens the List of Document Types/Request Type page (509:15320);

Step 2 - Link a request type to a document type

  1. Click the Create button. This action opens the Link request Type to Document Type popup window;
  2. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Request Type, Document Type, etc.;
  3. Check the appropriate boxes;

Step 3 - Upload a logo for a specific type of certificate

  1. Go to the Images section;
  2. Click the Header Logo - 1 option.This action makes the Upload and Select buttons available;
  3. Click the Upload button.This action opens the File to Upload popup window;
  4. Click the Choose a file button and upload the logo from your desktop;
  5. Click the Load button. This action uploads the logo and closes the File to Upload popup window;
  6. Click the Save button. This action links the request type to the document type and updates the Link Request Type to a Document Type popup window.
