OTR allows non-individual enterprise applications.
The capture of a new application requires the non-individual enterprise to provide information such as ID documents, a contact person, branches, employees, etc.
The navigation train buttons indicate the steps to follow to complete the application. Once a step is completed, the navigation train button turns green and the taxpayer can click the Next button to go forward. However, when the form-based page is not completed, the navigation train button is red. As soon as the application procedure has started, the status becomes New. The taxpayer can then complete and submit the application. Upon completion and validation by SIGTAS, a submission number is assigned to the application and it status changes to Submitted.
