Link a document to an assessment

This part of the guide explains how to link a document to an assessment.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Assessments

  1. Go to the Assessment module;
  2. Choose the Assessments menu. This action opens the List of Assessments page (502:1001);

Step 2 - Link a document to an assessment

  1. Go to the Selection Criteria section;
  2. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Entry Date.
  3. Click the Refresh button. This action refreshes the page and displays the list of assessments in the lower section;
  4. Find the assessment you want to link a document to;
  5. Click the hyperlink of the Assessment No. subject of the request. This action opens the Assessment page (502:2005).
  6. Click the Docs & Files button. This action opens the Document page (510:2001) of the Docs & Files module;
  7. Go to Attachment section;
  8. Click the Import button. This action opens the pop-up window File to Upload;
  9. Click the Choose a file button and choose the document to upload from your desktop. This action displays the document name to be linked to the assessment;
  10. Click the Load button. This action associates the document with the assessment and redirects you to the Document page (510:2001);
  11. Click the Save button. This action refreshes the Document page (510:2001) and links the document to the assessment.
