Add a tax officer

This section of the guide explains how to add a tax officer.

To add a tax officer:
  1. Click on the Tax Officers menu. This action opens the List of Tax Officers page;
  2. Click on the Add a Tax Officer button. This action opens the Tax Officer Details page;

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon. A new section is displayed on the right;
  2. Enter one or several letters and click Search. The list of users matching the letters entered is displayed;
  3. Click the Select button of the corresponding user;

  1. Type the requested information;
  2. Click the Save button. If the new tax officer has no access rights selected, a message is displayed asking if you wish to go on without adding some.

  1. If you click No, the message disappears and you can add access rights to the tax officer in the Access Rights section. Click the Save button when you're done.
  2. If you click Yes, a confirmation message is displayed. The tax officer is added successfully and the List of Tax Officers page is updated.
