Resetting your password

To retrieve a forgotten password, you need the correct email address used when creating the application.

To reset your password:

1. Click the Forgot Password? hyperlink. This action opens the Forgot password page;

2. Go to the Forgot password section;
3. Enter your email address;
4. Click on the Submit button;

5. Go the the Question section;
6. Enter your response in the appropriate field;
7. Click on the Try another question if required;
8. Click on the Submit button. This action redirects you to the Login page (check your emails to reset your password).
