Split a CDD certificate

This part of the guide explains how to split a CDD certificate.

The splitting of a CDD certificate is only possible when its status is Circulating.

Step 1 - Go to the page CDD Certificates

1. Go to the Refund module;
2. Choose the Functionalities option;
3. Click the CDD Certificates menu. This action opens the CDD Certificates page (513:7001);

Step 2 - Split a CDD certificate

4. Go to Certificate Status column;
5. Choose the Circulating option. This action displays all certificates with this status;
6. Find the CCD certificate to split;
7. Click the edit icon of the CDD certificate subject of the request. This action opens the pop-up window CDD Certificate;
8. Click the Split CDD button. This action opens the Split a CDD Certificate page (513:7002);
9. Go to the List of CDD Certificates section;
10. Click the Create button. This action opens the pop-up window Add a CDD Certificate;
11. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Certificate Amount;
12. Click the Save button. This action confirms the splitting of the CDD certificate and refreshes the page Split a CDD Certificate (513:7002).
