Update the priorities and deadlines of a procedure

This segment of the guide explains how to update the priorities and deadlines of a procedure. The priority levels of the procedures displayed on this page are defined on the Maintain Procedures page (604:2003) accessible from the System Administrator Dashboard. These are the priority levels that define their importance. Thus, the level 1 priority (urgent) will take precedence over the level 2 priority (very important) and so on.

Step 1 - Go to the Update Procedure Priorities and Deadlines page
  1. Click on the Functionalities arrow;
  2. Click on Update Procedure Priorities and Deadlines. This action opens the page Update Procedure Priorities and Deadlines (604:1009);

Step 2 - Update the priorities and deadlines of a procedure
  1. Find the procedure that needs updating;
  2. Click on the pen-icon of the procedure subject to the request. This action opens the pop-up window Procedure Priorities and Deadlines Detail;

  1. Apply the necessary modification(s);
  2. Click on Apply Changes. This action confirms the modification(s) and refreshes the page Update Procedure Priorities and Deadlines (604:1009).
