Suspend the account of a tax agent

This part of the guide explains how to suspend the account of a tax agent, for example in case of extended leave.

As soon as the tax agents have been suspended, they lose access to the account. A warning message is displayed when logging in, informing them the account has been suspended. To reactivate the tax agent, uncheck the Suspend Account box.

To suspend the account of a tax agent:

1. Click the Tax Agents menu. This action opens the List of the Tax Agents page;
2. Go to the Search field and fill out the requested information. If you do not know the full name of the tax agent, enter the first two or three letters. You can also use the same procedure for the email address;
3. Click the Magnifying glass icon. This action displays all the tax agents that match your request;
4. Use the rightward or the leftward arrow to display items on the screen;
5. Go to the line of the relevant tax agent and click the Edit button. This action opens the Tax Agent Details page;

6. Check the Suspend Account box;
7. Click the Save button. This action confirms the suspension of the tax agent and redirects you to the List of Tax Agents page.
