Display automatic tax account creation rules history

This part of the guide explains how to display automatic tax account creation rules history.

SIGTAS allows the administrator to perform some standard operations, such as displaying data based on different criteria. This procedure only displays and generates interactive reports. Since these pages contain only fixed values, no configuration is allowed. For more information on how to generate and print an interactive report, click the following link: Interactive Reports.

The Administration module allows to display automatic tax account creation rules history from both the Automatic Tax Account Creation Rules History page (509:7023) and the Automatic Tax Account Creation Rules (509:7020) pages. The following example shows how display automatic tax account creation rules history from the Automatic Tax Account Creation Rules History page (509:7023). This procedure also applies when printing the creation rule history from the Print History button of the Automatic Tax Account Creation Rules page (509:7020).

Step 1 - Go to the page Automatic Tax Account Creation Rules History

  1. Go to the Administration module;
  2. Choose the Base Tables option;
  3. Select the Tax Account option;
  4. Open the Automatic creation of a tax account subsection;
  5. Click the History menu. This action opens the Automatic Tax Account Creation Rules History page (509: 7023);

Step 2 - Display automatic tax account creation rules history

  1. Go to the identified section of a magnifying glass;
  2. Using the drop-down list, select the item to search for or enter the text in the field provided for this purpose;
  3. Click the Go button. his operation allows for customization and calls up items on the screen more easily;
  4. Click the Action button and select the desired option.
