Suspend the account of an administrator

This segment of the guide explain how to suspend the account of an administrator, for example in case of extended leave.

As soon as administrators are suspended, they lose access to their account. A warning message is displayed when logging in, informing them the account has been suspended. To reactivate the suspended account, uncheck the Suspend Account box.

To suspend the account of an administrator:
  1. Click the Administrators menu. This action opens the List of Administrators page;
  2. Go to the search field and enter the Username / Email Address of the administrator to display. If you do not know the full name, enter the first two or three letters. You can also use the same procedure for the email address;
  3. Click the Magnifying glass icon. This action displays all the administrators matching your request;
  4. Go to the bottom of the page and use the rightward or leftward arrow to display items on the screen, if required;
  5. Click the Edit button ot the administrator subject of the request. This action opens the Administrator Details page.
  6. Go to the General tab;
  7. Check the Suspend Account box;
  8. Click the Save button. This action confirms the suspension of the account and updates the Administrator Details page.
