Reactivate remittances in batch

This part of the guide explains how to reactivate remittances in batch.

The remittances in batch can only be reactivated when the status is set to Ready to Assess. Once the batch is reactivated its status changes to Open .

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Batches

  1. Go to the Assessment module;
  2. Choose the Fonctionalities option;
  3. Click on the Batches menu. This action opens the List of Batches page (502:3005);

Step 2 - Reactivate remittances in batch

  1. Go to the Selection Criteria section;
  2. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Create Date From, etc.;
  3. Click the Refresh button. This action refreshes the page and displays the list of batches in the lower section;
  4. Go to the Status column and select the Ready To Assess option. This action displays a list of batches with this status;
  5. Find the remittance in batch you want to reactivate;
  6. Click the hyperlink of the Batch No. subject of the request. This action opens the Batch page (502:3004);
  7. Click the Reactivate button. This action opens the Reactivate Confirmation popup window;
  8. Enter a Reactivation Reason;
  9. Click on the Reactivate button. This action confirms the reactivation of the remittances in batch and changes the status to Open.
