Create a family divider scale

This topic explains how to create a family divider rate.

In order to configure an exemption amount for PAYE, the value must be captured either in the Rate or the Fixed Amount field (never at the same time).

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Family Divider Scale

1. Go to the Administration module;
2. Choose the Base Tables option;
3. Select the Family Divider option;
4. Click the Family Divider Scale menu. This action opens the List of Family Divider Scale page (509:16850);

Step 2 - Create a family divider scale

5. Click the Create button. This action opens the Family Divider Scale popup window;
6. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Family Divider, Rate, etc.;
7. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the family divider rate and updates the List of Family Divider Scale page (509:16850).
