Add an image to a property plan and survey

This part of the guide explains how to add an image and other objects to a property plan and survey.

SIGTAS allows the user to link reports, images, plans and other elements to a plan and survey.

The following example demonstrates how to associate an image to a plan and a survey. This procedure is standardized and applies also to the addition of reports, plans or other objects.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Plans and Surveys

1. Go to the Property Tax module;
2. Choose the Plans and Surveys menu. This action opens the List of Plans and Surveys page (506:5100);

Step 2 - Add an image to a property plan and survey

3. Find the plan and survey for which you want to add an image to;
4. Click the hyperlink of the plan and survey No. subject of the request. This action opens the Plan and Survey page (506:5000);
5. Go to the Pictures section;
6. Click the Create button. This action opens the pop-up window Object;
7. Go to the Object section;
8. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Property Part, File Name, etc.;
9. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the image and updates the Plan and Survey page (506:5000).
