Pay off a CDD certificate

This part of the guide explains how to pay off a CDD certificate.

The pay off of a CDD certificate is only possible when its status is Circulating. Once the approval of has been confirmed, its status changes to Payoff.

Step 1 - Go to the page CDD Certificates

1. Go to the Refund module;
2. Choose the Functionalities option;
3. Click the CDD Certificates menu. This action opens the CDD Certificates page (513:7001);

Step 2 - Pay off a CDD certificate

4. Go to the Certificate Status column;
5. Choose the Circulating option. This action displays all certificates with this status;
6. Find the CCD certificate to be payed off;
7. Click the edit icon of the CDD certificate subject of the request. This action opens the pop-up window CDD Certificate;
8. Click the Pay Out button. This action opens a Confirmation window;
9. Click the Yes button. This action opens a second Confirmation window:

10. Enter the Cashier Name;
11. Click the Continue button. This action confirms the pay off, changes the status to Paid Off and updates the CDD Certificates page (513:7001).
