Add a descriptive sheet to a property plan and survey

This part of guide explains how to add a descriptive sheet to a property plan and survey and associate aspects.

The Values displayed in the Property Part field have already been configured in the Property Part section of the Property page (506:2000).

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Plans and Surveys

  1. Go to the Property Tax module;
  2. Choose the Plans and Surveys menu. This action opens the List of Plans and Surveys page (506:5100);

Step 2 - Add a descriptive sheet to a property plan and survey

  1. Find the plan and survey for which you wan to add a descriptive sheet to;
  2. Click the hyperlink of the plan and survey No. subject of the request. This action opens the Plan and Survey page (506:5000);
  3. Go to the Descriptive Sheet section;
  4. Click the Create button. This action opens the New Descriptive Sheet page (506:5001);
  5. Go to the Descriptive Sheet section;
  6. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Property Part;
  7. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the descriptive sheet, assigns a number to the new descriptive sheet and displays the Aspects section;
  8. Go to the Aspects section;
  9. Click on the Create button. This action opens the Aspects popup window;
  10. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Sub-Class, Name, etc.;
  11. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the aspect and updates the Descriptive sheet page (506:5001).
