Assign reports to a group

This part of the guide explains how to assign reports to a group.

Step 1 - Go to the page Reports Groups

  1. Go to the Administration module;
  2. Choose the User Management option;
  3. Click the Reports Groups menu. This action opens the Reports Groups page (509:2016);

Step 2 - Assign reports to a group

  1. Go to the Groups section;
  2. Find the group for which you want to assign a report;
  3. Click the group subject of the request (the line becomes grey). This action displays the Reports section on the right side of the page;
  4. Go to the Reports section;
  5. Click the Assign Reports button. This action opens the pop-up window Reports;
  6. Find the module for which you want to assign a report to;
  7. Check the box of the module subject of the request;
  8. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the report to the group and updates the Reports Groups page (509:2016).
