Manage your messages

e-services (public) allows you to send, reply or delete messages and attach documents, as appropriate.

Please note the following restrictions:

  • Tax officers with the "client services" access right can communicate with taxpayers or tax agents that are assigned to the same tax center as them.
  • Tax officers without the “client services” access right scannot access the mailbox page or receive emails.
  • Administrators with the "client services" access right can communicate with taxpayers or tax agents of any tax center.
  • Administrators without the “client services” access right cannot access the mailbox page or receive emails.

All these functionalities are available in the Mailbox page. The tabs Inbox, Outbox and Deleted allow you to manage your messages received, sent or deleted.

To send a message:
  1. Click the Message icon in the top right corner of the toolbar. This action opens the Mailbox (Inbox) page;
  2. Click the Compose Email button. This action opens the Compose Mail page;

  1. Select Category and Accounts;
  2. Enter the Subject;
  3. Enter the message;

  1. Click the Choose button to attach a document. This action updates the Compose Email page;
  2. Click the Send Mail button. This action sends your email and displays your message on the Outbox page.

To reply to a message:
  1. Click the Message icon in the top right corner of the toolbar. This action opens the Mailbox (Inbox) page;
  2. Use the rightward or leftward arrow to access the message;
  3. Click the sender subject to your reply (the line turns blue). This action displays details in the dialog box on the right;

  1. Click the Reply button;
  2. Go the the Answer section;
  3. Enter your reply;
  4. Click the Choose button to attach a document. This action updates the Mailbox page;
  5. Click the Send Mail button. This action confirms the email was successfully sent and updates the Outbox page.

To delete a message:
  1. Click the Message icon in the top right corner of the toolbar. This action opens the Mailbox (Inbox) page;
  2. Click on the Inbox or Outbox tab, as appropriate.
  3. Use the rightward or leftward arrow to access the message;
  4. Click the line of the sender or recipient subject to the request (the line turns blue). This action displays sender or recipient details in the dialog box in the right;

  1. Click the Delete button. This action opens the dialog box Delete Confirm;
  2. Click the Delete button. This action confirms the suppression of the email and updates the Deleted page.

To print a message:
  1. Click the Message icon in the top right corner of the toolbar. This action opens the Mailbox (Inbox) page;
  2. Click on the appropriate tab. Use the arrows to access the message you want to print;
  3. Click on the message you want to print. The line turns blue and details are displayed to the right;
  4. Click on the Print button. A pop-up window is displayed to start the printing.
