Assign activities to a role
This part of the guide explains how to add an activity to a role.
Step 1 - Go to the page List of Roles
- Go to the Administration module;
- Choose the User Management option;
- Click the Roles menu. This action opens the List of Roles page (509:2001);
Step 2 - Add activities to a role
- Go to the Roles section;
- Find the role for which you want to add a role to;
- Check the box of the Role subject to the request (the line becomes grey);
- Go to the Activities section;
- Click the Assign Activities button. This action opens the Activities popup window;
- Find the activity to display;
- Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Start Date, etc.;
- Use the direction arrow to display the activities;
- Choose the activity to add to the role (the line becomes grey). This action displays the activity in the right section;
- Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the new activity and updates the List of Roles page (509:2001).
