Load data

This part of the guide explains how to load data into SIGTAS.

Data loading is done using a CSV file (spreadsheet-based computer file whose values are separated by commas). The procedure for the dowload of data is closely linked to the reports available in this module. Once the data have been downloaded, SIGTAS assigns a group number to the load and reports the available data to the module. The user can then view the loading history and errors that occurred during the download.

Step 1- Go to the page Data Loading

  1. Go to the Cross-checking module;
  2. Choose the Data Loading menu. This action opens the Data Loading page (540:1003);

Step 2 - Load data

  1. Go to the Select a file and Load in SIGTAS section;
  2. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Date source type, Nature, etc.;
  3. Click the Choose a file button and choose the document to upload from your desktop;
  4. Click the Start Loading button. This action confirms the loading, assigns a group number to the loading and updates the Loading History section.
