The Online Taxpayer Registration (OTR) portal works in conjunction with the "Standard Integrated Government Tax Administration System" (SIGTAS). This form-based application allows online registration of taxpayers, whether for individual or non-individual enterprise.

• Taxpayers access OTR and complete the online application;
• Registration request is transmitted to SIGTAS;
• SIGTAS processes the online application request by making all required validations;
• SIGTAS assigns a submission form and confirms the status of the application.
