Print the list of form versions and periods report

Step 1 - Go to the page List Form Versions and Periods

  1. Go to the Administration module;
  2. Choose the Operations option;
  3. Select the Forms option;
  4. Click the List Form Versions and Periods. This action opens the List Form Versions and Periods page (509:15510);

Step 2 - Print the list of form versions and periods report

  1. Enter a Form No. This action updates the List Form Versions and periods page (509:15510);
  2. Click the Print button. This action prints the List Form Versions and Periods Report in PDF format.
