Create an audit plan

This part ot the guide explains how to create an audit plan and add details to it.

Once the creation of the audit plan has been confirmed, SIGTAS assigns a unique audit plan number.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Audit Plans

  1. Go to the Audit module;
  2. Choose the Audit Planning option;
  3. Click on the Audit Plans menu. This action opens the List of Audit Plans page (505:2002);

Step 2 - Create an audit plan

  1. Click the Create button. This action opens the Audit Plan page (505:1001);
  2. Go to the Audit Plan section;
  3. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Audit Plan Type, Plan Period (Year), etc.;
  4. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the audit plan, assigns an audit plan number and displays the section enabling to enter details;

    Step 3 - Add the details to the audit plan

  5. Go to the Audit Plan Detail section;
  6. Click the button Create. This action opens the pop-up window Audit Plan Detail;
  7. Enter the Audit Type;
  8. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the details and updates the Audit Plan (505:1001) and the List of Audit Plans (505:2002) pages.
