Add an officer to an objection case

This part of the guide explains how to add an officer to an objection case.

Make sure the objection case is open by verifying there is no date in the Closed Date column on the page List of Objection Cases in step 2.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Objection Cases

  1. Go to the Objection module;
  2. Choose the Objection Cases menu. This action opens the List of Objection Cases page (550: 2001);

Step 2 - Add an officer to an objection case

  1. Find the objection case for which you want to add an officer to;
  2. Click the hyperlink of the Objection No. subject of the request. This action opens the Objection Case page (550:1001);
  3. Go to the Officers section;
  4. Click the Create button. This action opens the pop-up window Add Officer to a Case;
  5. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Employee Name, Start Date, etc.;
  6. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the officer and updates the Objection Case page (550:1001).
