Apply for a certificate

This part of the guide explains how to apply for a certificate.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Certificate Requests

  1. Go to the Tax Roll module;
  2. Choose the Certificate option;
  3. Click the Certificate Requests menu. This action opens the List of Certificate Requests page (501:3001);

    Step 2 - Apply for a certificate

  4. Click the Create button. This action opens the pop-up window Certificate Request;
  5. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Certificate Category, TIN, etc. This action updates the information and according to your selection, the Employee Information or Business Activities sections might be displayed;
  6. If the Employee Information section is not displayed, go directly to step 8. If it is displayed, click the Select button. This action displays the Select an Employee popup window.
  7. Select the employee. This action reports the employee’s information on the Certificate Request window;
  8. Click the Save button. This action assigns a Request No. to the certificate and updates the List of Certificate requests page (501:3001).
