Add employment and property rights to an individual taxpayer

This part of the guide explains how to add employment history and property rights to an individual taxpayer.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Taxpayers

  1. Go to the Tax Roll module;
  2. Choose the Taxpayers menu. This action opens the List of Taxpayers page (501:9000);

Step 2 - Choose the taxpayer

  1. Go to the Criteria section;
  2. Choose the Individual option;
  3. Find the individual you want to add the employment and the property rights to;
  4. Click on the TIN of the individual subject of the request. This action opens the Individual page (501:2014);

Step 3 - Add employment and property rights to an individual

  1. Go to Emp. & Ownership section;
  2. Select the Employment menu;
  3. Click the Create button. This action opens the pop-up window Employment;
  4. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, TIN, Registered Name, etc.;
  5. Click the Save button.This action confirms the addition of the employment and updates the Individual page (501:2014);

Step 4 - Add properties and shares to an individual

  1. Go to the Ownerships and Shares Held by the Individual section;
  2. Click the Create button. This action opens the Ownership pop-up window;
  3. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, TIN;
  4. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of property rights and updates the Individual page (501:2014).
