Create enterprise activities

This part of the guide explains how to create an enterprise activity and associate an activity sub-level as appropriate.

SIGTAS allows the administrator to translate enterprise activities and enterprise activity sub-levels into the local language of his choice. When this is the case, a dynamic icon, located to the right of the field to be translated, indicates that a translation is possible. For further instructions, please click on the following link: Translate from the Translation popup window.

Step 1 - Go to page List of Enterprise Activities

  1. Go to the Administration module;
  2. Choose the Base Tables option;
  3. Select the Taxpayer Info option;
  4. Open the Enterprise Info subsection;
  5. Click the Enterprise Activities menu. This action opens the List of Enterprise Activities page (509:16862);

Step 2 - Create an Enterprise Activity

  1. Click the Create button. This action opens the «Enterprise Activity pop-up window;
  2. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Enterprise Activity, etc.;
  3. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the enterprise activity, assigns an number and updates the List of Enterprise Activities page (509:16862).

Step 3 - Add a sub-level activity

  1. Go to Enterprise Activity Sub-Levels section;
  2. Click the Create button. This action opens the Enterprise Activity popup window;
  3. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *), for example, Enterprise Activity, etc.;
  4. Click the Save button. creating the enterprise activity, assigns a sub-level activity number and updates the List of Enterprise Activities page (509:16862).
