Create a property tax rule

This part of the guide explains how to create a property tax rule.

The tax law is displayed in the Tax Law section when it is associated with the tax rule. It is only displayed when it has been registered in the Tax Law page (506:2007).

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Tax Rules

1. Go to the Property Tax module;
2. Choose the Tax Rules menu. This action opens the List of Tax Rules page (506:2013);
   

Step 2 - Create a property tax rule

3. Click the Create button. This action opens the New Tax Rule page (506:2014);
4. Go to the Tax Rule section;
5. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Code, Rule Type, etc.;
6. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the property tax rule, displays the tax law, assigns a unique number and updates the List of Tax Rules page (506:2013).
