Add an individual enterprise to an individual taxpayer

This part of the guide explains how to add an individual enterprise to an individual taxpayer.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Taxpayers

  1. Go to the Tax Roll module;
  2. Choose the Taxpayers menu. This action opens the List of Taxpayers page (501:9000);

Step 2 - Choose the taxpayer

  1. Go to the Criteria section;
  2. Choose the Individual option;
  3. Find the individual you want to add the enterprise to;
  4. Click on the TIN of the individual subject of the request. This action opens the Individual page (501:2014);

Step 3 - Add the enterprise information

  1. Go to the Enterprises section;
  2. Click the Create button. This action opens the Individual Enterprise page (501:2004);
  3. Go to the Individual Enterprise Identification section;
  4. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Registered Name, Main Trade Name, etc.;
  5. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the information and updates the Individual Enterprise page (501:2004);

Step 4 - Add an address to an individual enterprise

  1. Go to the Addresses section;
  2. Choose the National Address option;
  3. Click the Edit button. This action opens the pop-up window Address;
  4. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Country, Region, etc.;
  5. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the address of the company and updates the section Addresses;

If necessary, add an international address:

  1. Choose the International Address option;
  2. Click the Edit button. This action opens the pop-up window Address (for international address);
  3. Fill out the address in the International Address field;
  4. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the international address and updates the Addresses section;

Step 5 - Link a document to an individual enterprise

  1. Go to the IDs section;
  2. Click the Create button. This action opens the pop-up window Identification Document;
  3. Use the drop-down list, to select select the ID Type. This action opens the popup window Select ID Type;
  4. Find the ID Type you wish to display;
  5. Click on the desired ID Type. Make sure to select an Mandatory Document Type and repeat the same operation for the Conditional Document Type. This action opens the pop-up window Identification Document;
  6. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, ID Doc No.
  7. Click the Save button. This action redirects you to the Individual Enterprise page (501:2004) and adds the new documents to the list in the Identification Documents section.
