Add an employee to a non-individual taxpayer

This part of the guide explains how to add an employee to a non-individual (enterprise) taxpayer.

The type of enterprise displayed in the Enterprise Type column is configured by the tax administration. Therefore, providing the non-individual taxpayer's TIN is unknown and required for the users’ query, they will have to use the Enterprise Type column to find the type of enterprise they are looking for.

The following example demonstrates how to add an employee to a Corporate type of non-individual taxpayer. This procedure is standardized and applies also all the other types of non-individual taxpayers as determined by the tax administration.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Taxpayers

  1. Go to the Tax Roll module;
  2. Choose the Taxpayers menu. This action opens the List of Taxpayers page (501:9000);

Step 2 - Choose the taxpayer

  1. Go to the Criteria section;
  2. Choose the Enterprise option;
  3. Go to the Enterprise Type column;
  4. Choose the option of your choice;
  5. Find the enterprise you want to add an employee to;
  6. Click on the TIN of the non-individual subject of the request. This action opens the Non-Individual page (501:2012);

Step 3 - Add an employee to a non-individual

  1. Go to the Employees section;
  2. Click the Create button. This action opens the Maintain Employment page (501:2011);
  3. Go to the Employee type section;
  4. By using the radio button, choose the Registered option;
  5. Go to the Employee information section;
  6. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk*). For example, National ID No, Occupation, etc.;

If you chose the Registered in the Employee Type section, you can skip ahead to step 20. Otherwise,

  1. Click on the Unregistered individual button. This action opens the pop-up window Unregistered Individual;
  2. Go to the Individual Information section;
  3. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk*). For example, Gender, Individual Title, etc.;
  4. Go to the Address section;
  5. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk*). For example, National Address, etc.;
  6. Click the Save button. This action confirms the employee information, updates the Maintain Employment (501:2011) and Non-Individual (5012012) pages.
  7. Return to the Non-Individual page (501:2012) to display the new employee.
