Add a time sheet to an audit case

This part of the guide explains how to add a time sheet to an audit case.

The time sheets are mainly used by agents in charge of the audit case. Adding a time sheet is only available once an agent has been assigned to the audit case. The details of the time sheet are then available and the user can add lines to the time sheet.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Audit Cases

  1. Go to the Audit module;
  2. Choose the Audit Case menu;
  3. Click the Audit Cases option. This action opens the List of Audit Cases page (505:2004);

Step 2 - Add a time sheet to an audit case

  1. Find the audit case you want to add the time sheet to;
  2. Click the hyperlink of the Audit Case No. subject of the request. This action opens the Audit Case page (505:1004);
  3. Go to the Time Sheet section;
  4. Click the edit icon of the employee you want to add a time sheet to. This action opens the pop-up window Add Time Sheet to a Case;
  5. Go to the section Time Sheet Lines;
  6. Click the Create button. This option opens the pop-up window Add Line to Time Sheet;
  7. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Tracking Date, Number of Hours, etc.;
  8. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the line and updates the pop-up window Add Time Sheet to a Case.
