Stop a procedure

This segment of the guide explains how to stop a procedure.

Step 1 - Go to the List of Procedures

1. Click on the menu arrow List of Functionalities;
2. Click on List of Procedures. This opens the page List of Procedures (604:2007);

Step 2 – Stop a procedure

3. Find the procedure you wish to stop;
4. Click on the pen-icon of the queried procedure. This action opens the pop-up window Procedure Override.

5. Go to the section Select an Action;
6. Select the Stop Procedure option;

7. Go to the section Enter a Comment;
8. Enter a comment in the Comment section;
9. Click on Apply Changes. This action confirms the closure and refreshes the page List of Procedures (604:2007). The pen-icon is no longer available, the Status column displays Ready to Process and the Aborted column is checked.
