Create a plate format

This topic explains how to create a vehicle plate format.

Step 1 - Go to the Plate Forms page

1. Go into the Motor Vehicle module;
2. Click on the menu Plate formats. The page of the same name (504:2002) appears;

Step 2 - Create a plate format

3. Select a type of plate from the Plate Type list. The Plate Format section is displayed;
4. Click the Create button. The Plate Format pop-up window is displayed;

5. In the Plate Component Information section, fill in the mandatory fields (identified by a red asterisk *) such as Display Sequence or Length of Field;
6. Click the Save button to confirm the action and return to the Plate Formats page (504:2002) or Save and Create to confirm the action and add another format.
