Create letters and reminders in batch

This part of the guide explains how to create letters and reminders in batch.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Jobs - Letters and reminders

  1. Go to the Letters and reminders module;
  2. Choose the Documents in Batch option;
  3. Click on the Letters or reminders menu. This action opens the List of Jobs - Letters and reminders page (511:3001);

Step 2 - Create letters or reminders in batch

  1. Click the Create button. This action opens the Letters(B) page (511:2001);

  1. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Letter Type, Tax Division, etc.;
  2. Click the Generate Document button. This action confirms the creation of the letters and reminders in batch, refreshes the Letters(B) page (511:2001) and displays the details in the lower sections.
