Approve a CDD certificate

This part of the guide explains how to approve a CDD certificate.

The approval of a CDD certificate is only possible when its status is Pending Approval. Once the approval has been confirmed, its status changes to Circulating.

Step 1 - Go to the page CDD Certificates

1. Go to the Refund module;
2. Choose the Functionalities section;
3. Click the CDD Certificates option. This action opens the CDD Certificates page (513:7001);

Step 2 - Approve a CDD certificate

4. Go to the Certificate Status column;
5. Choose the Pending Approval option. This action displays all certificates with this status;
6. Find the CCD certificate to approve;
7. Click the edit icon of the CDD certificate subject of the request. This action opens the pop-up window CDD Certificate;
8. Click the Approve button. This action confirms the approval of the CDD certificate, changes the status to Circulating and updates the CDD Certificates page (513:7001).
