Create a demand notice

This part of the guide explains how to create a demand notice.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Demand Notices

1. Go to the Property Tax module;
2. Choose the Demand Notices menu. This action opens the List of Demand Notices page (506:2003);
   

Step 2- Create a demand notice

3. Click on the Create button. This action opens the New Demand Notice page (506:2004);
4. Go to the Property section;
5. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Property ID From, etc.;
6. Go to the Forms section;
7. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Tax Division, Valuation List Type, etc.;
8. Click the Validate/Generate button. This action confirms the creation of the demand notice, assigns a unique number to the demand notice and updates the New Demand Notice (506:2004) page.
