Assign tasks to an employee
This segment of the guide displays the assigned tasks and the tasks to be assigned to an employee. It also explains how to assign tasks to an employee. Task assignment is carried out for tasks currently being executed and those that can be executed later, as appropriate.
Step 1 - Go to the My Employees page
- Click on the Home option. This action opens the page My Employees (604:1008);
Step 2 – Assign tasks to an employee
- Go to the section List of my Employees;
- Find the employee you wish to display.
- Click on the name of the employee subject to the request (the line becomes grayed). This action displays the list of his current tasks and those that could be assigned to him in the lower section;
- Go to the section Employee current tasks and the ones that could be assigned to this employee;
- Choose Current Tasks;
- Find the task that needs to be assigned
- Click on the icon of the task being requested. This action confirms the assignment and removes the task from the current task list.
- Choose Tasks to be Assigned;
- Find the task to assign;

Click on the icon of the task being requested. This action assigns the task to the employee and transfers the task to the section Current Tasks.
