Add a certificate investment to a non-individual taxpayer
This part of the guide explains how to add a certificate investment to a non-individual (enterprise) taxpayer.
The type of enterprise displayed in the Enterprise Type column is configured by the tax administration. Therefore, providing the non-individual taxpayer's TIN is unknown and required for the users’ query, they will have to use the Enterprise Type column to find the type of enterprise they are looking for.
The following example demonstrates how to add a certificate of investment to an Enterprise type of non-individual taxpayer. This procedure is standardized and applies also all the other types of non-individual taxpayers as determined by the tax administration.
Step 1 - Go to the page List of Taxpayers
- Go to the Tax Roll module;
- Choose the Taxpayers menu. This action opens the List of Taxpayers page (501:9000);
Step 2 - Choose the taxpayer
- Go to the Criteria section;
- Choose the Enterprise option;
- Go to the Enterprise Type column;
- Choose the option of your choice;
- Find the enterprise you want to add a certificate investment to;
- Click on the TIN of the non-individual subject of the request. This action opens the Non-Individual page (501:2012);
Step 3 - Add a certificate of investment to a non-individual
- Go to the Certificates of Investment section;
- Click the Create button. This action opens the Certificate of Investment pop-up window;
- Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Certificate No, Issuance Date, etc.;
- Click the Save button to confirm the the action and go back to the Non-Individual (5012012) page or click Save and Create to confirm the action and add another certificate investment.
