Print a certificate

This part of the guide explains how to print a certificate.

Printing a certificate from this page is only possible when the certificate displays the following status: Bypass, Bypass Rejected, Success or the Active status from the List of Certificates page (501:3003).

The following example explains how to print a certificate with the status Success. The same procedure applies for the Bypass and Bypass Rejected statuses.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Certificate Requests

  1. Go to the Tax Roll module;
  2. Choose the Certificate option;
  3. Click the Certificate Requests menu. This action opens the List of Certificate Requests page (501:3001);

Step 2 - Print a certificate

  1. Go to the column Status;
  2. Choose the Success option. This action displays all certificates with this status;
  3. Find the certificate you wish to print;
  4. Click on the line corresponding to the Certificate No. you wish to print (the line becomes grey);
  5. Click on the Print button. This action prints the certificate in PDF format.

When the certificate has already been printed (status displays Printed or Printed After Bypass), a confirmation box appears indicating that the certificate has already been printed. Click the OK button to print the duplicate of the certificate.
