Create a penalty rate

This part of the guide explains how to create a penalty rate.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Penalty Rates

1. Go to the Administration module;
2. Choose the Operations option;
3. Select the Penalty/Interest Setup option;
4. Click the Penalty Rates menu. This action opens the List of Penalty Rates page (509:15770);

Step 2 - Create a penalty rate

5. Click the Create button. This action opens the Penalty Rate page (509:15771);
6. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Penalty Type, Penalty Rate, etc.;
7. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the penalty rate and updates the List of Penalty Rates page (509:15770).
