Register a certificate application form

This part of the guide explains how to register a certificate application form.

The certificates listed in this page were completed via the Docs & Files module. Once the new certificate is confirmed, SIGTAS assigns a unique document number to the certificate.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Certificate Requests

  1. Go to the Tax Roll module;
  2. Choose the Certificate option;
  3. Click the Certificate Requests menu. This action opens the List of Certificate Requests page (501:3001);

Step 2 - Register a certificate application form

  1. Click the Create button. This action opens the pop-up window Certificate Request;
  2. Click on the Register Application Form button. This action opens the Document (510:2001) page of the Docs & Files module;
  3. Go to the Document section;
  4. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Document Type;
  5. Go to the Taxpayer Information section;
  6. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, TIN, Tax Division, etc.;
  7. Click on the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the certificate and updates the Document (510:2001) and the List of Certificates (501:3003) pages. The new certificate is available from the List of Certificates (501:3003) page.

To return to the Tax Roll module, click on the Home tab and choose the Tax Roll module. Click on the Certificates option.
