Register a certificate application form
This part of the guide explains how to register a certificate application form.
The certificates listed in this page were completed via the Docs & Files module. Once the new certificate is confirmed, SIGTAS assigns a unique document number to the certificate.
Step 1 - Go to the page List of Certificate Requests
- Go to the Tax Roll module;
- Choose the Certificate option;
- Click the Certificate Requests menu. This action opens the List of Certificate Requests page (501:3001);
Step 2 - Register a certificate application form
- Click the Create button. This action opens the pop-up window Certificate Request;
- Click on the Register Application Form button. This action opens the Document (510:2001) page of the Docs & Files module;
- Go to the Document section;
- Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Document Type;
- Go to the Taxpayer Information section;
- Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, TIN, Tax Division, etc.;
- Click on the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the certificate and updates the Document (510:2001) and the List of Certificates (501:3003) pages. The new certificate is available from the List of Certificates (501:3003) page.
To return to the Tax Roll module, click on the Home tab and choose the Tax Roll module.
Click on the Certificates option.
