Create bank branches

This part of the guide explains how to create a bank branch.

SIGTAS allows the administrator to translate bank branches into the local language of his choice. When this is the case, a dynamic icon, located to the right of the field to be translated, indicates that a translation is possible. For further instructions, click on the following link: Translate from the Translation popup window.

Step 1- Go to the page List of Bank Branches

  1. Go to the Administration module;
  2. Choose the Base Tables option;
  3. Select the Payment/Transaction option;
  4. Click the Bank Branches menu. This action opens the List of Bank Branches page (509:15450);

Step 2 - Create a bank branch

  1. Click the Create button. This action opens the Bank Branch popup window;
  2. Complete the Bank Name and Bank Branch Name;
  3. Click the Add/Update button in the Address field. This action opens the Address popup window;
  4. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Region, City, etc.;
  5. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the bank branch address and redirects you to the Bank Branch popup window;
  6. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the bank branch and updates the List of Bank Branches page (509:15450).
