Create an attached form

This part of the guide explains how to create an attached form. This page contains some validations. Click the following link for more information: Attached Forms - Configuration details

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Attached Forms

  1. Go to the Administration module;
  2. Choose the Operations option;
  3. Select the Forms option;
  4. Choose the Attached Forms menu. This action opens the List of Attached Forms page (509:15640);

Step 2 - Create an attached form

  1. Click on the Create button. This action opens the Attached Form popup window;
  2. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Form No, Attached Form No, etc.;
  3. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the attached form and updates the List of Attached Forms page (509:15640).
