Resetting your password

To retrieve a forgotten password, you need the correct email address used when creating the application.

To reset your password:

1. Click the Forgot Password? hyperlink. This action opens the Forgot password page;

2. Go to the Forgot password section and enter you email address;
3. Click the Submit button;

4. Go the the Question section and enter your response in the appropriate field;
5. Click the Try another question if required;
6. Click the Submit button. This action redirects you to the Login page (check your emails to reset your password).
