Create property values automatic calculation rates

This part of the guide explains how to create a property values automatic calculation rate.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Property Values Automatic Calculation Rates

1. Go to the Administration module;
2. Choose the Base Tables option;

3. Select the Property Tax option;
4. Click the Property Values Automatic Calculation Rates menu. This action opens the List of Property Values Automatic Calculation Rates page (509:2035);

Step 2 - Create a property values automatic calculation rate

5. Click the Create button. This action opens the Automatic Calculation Rate popup window;
6. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Rate, etc.;
7. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the property values automatic calculation rate and updates the List of Property Values Automatic Calculation Rates page (509:2035).
