Approve a project

This part of the guide explains how to approve an exonerated and suspended project.

Once the project has been approved, SIGTAS adds the Approval Name and Approval Date in the Approval section.

Step 1- Go to the page Exonerated and Suspended Projects

1. Go to the Asssessment module;
2. Choose the Projects option;
3. Click on Exonerated and Suspended Projects. This action opens the Exonerated and Suspended Projects page (502:6001);

Step 2 - Approve a project

4. Find the project you want to approve;
5. Click the hyperlink of the Project No. subject of the request. This action opens the Exonerated and Suspended Project page (502:6002);
6. Click the Approve button. This action opens the Confirmation window;
7. Click the Yes button. This action confirms the approval of the project and updates the Exonerated and Suspended Projects (502:6002 / 502:6001).
