Delete a procedure

This segment of the guide explains how to delete a procedure. Deleting a procedure is only possible if it has not been Validated & Confirmed (the Validated & Confirmed column is unchecked). Deleting a procedure also means that all tasks and other configurations associated with the procedure will also be deleted. A procedure can only be deleted if it has not yet been completed.

Step 1 - Go to the Maintain Procedures page

1. Go to the Procedure Information;
2. Click on Maintain Procedures. This opens the page Maintain Procedures (604:2003);

Step 2 – Delete a procedure

3. Go to the List Of Procedures section;
4. Find the procedure you wish to delete;
5. Click on the line of the procedure that is the subject of the request. This action opens the pop-up window View Procedure.

6. Click on Delete. This action opens the Confirmation pop-up window;

7. Click on Yes. This action confirms the deletion and updates the page Maintain Procedures (604:2003).
