Register a document

This part of the guide explains how to register a document.

Step 1- Go to the page Documents

  1. Go to the Docs & Files module;
  2. Choose the Register Document menu. This action opens the Document page (510:2001);

Step 2 - Register a document

  1. Go to the Document section;
  2. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Document Type;
  3. Go to the Taxpayer Information section;
  4. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, TIN, Tax Division, etc.;
  5. Click the Save button. This action confirms the registration of the document, assigns a Doc No. and updates the Document (510:2001) and List of Documents (510:2002) pages.
