Register a document
This part of the guide explains how to register a document.
Step 1- Go to the page Documents
- Go to the Docs & Files module;
- Choose the Register Document menu. This action opens the Document page (510:2001);
Step 2 - Register a document
- Go to the Document section;
- Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Document Type;
- Go to the Taxpayer Information section;
- Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, TIN, Tax Division, etc.;
- Click the Save button. This action confirms the registration of the document, assigns a Doc No. and updates the Document (510:2001) and List of Documents (510:2002) pages.
