Bypass a failed validation

This part of the guide explains how to bypass a failed validation.

This functionality is used to enter comment when bypassing a failed validation is required. Once the validation is bypassed, the status is set to Bypassed and the reason is displayed on the certificate.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Certificates Requests

  1. Go to the Tax Roll module;
  2. Choose the Certificate option;
  3. Click the Certificate Requests menu. This action opens the List of Certificates Requests page (501:3001);

Step 2 - Bypass a failed validation

  1. Go to the Status column;
  2. Choose the Rejection Recommended option. This action displays all certificates with this status;
  3. Find the Request No. to bypass.
  4. Click on the Request No. subject to the request. This action opens the Certificate Request pop-up window;
  5. Click on the Validations button. This action opens the Request Validation pop-up window;
  6. Click on the Bypass button. This action opens the Bypass Request pop-up window;
  7. Enter a bypass reason;
  8. Click on the Save button. This action bypasses the failed validation and displays the reason on the certificate.
