Create a tax account

This part of the guide explains how to create a tax account.

Once the new tax account has been created, you can add licenses and imposition bases, display account transactions, link representatives or inactivity periods. For further information on those functionalities, click on the following link Tax Account Module.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Tax Accounts

  1. Go to the Tax Account module;
  2. Choose the Tax Accounts menu. This action opens the List of Tax Accounts page (503:2000);

Step 2 - Create a tax account

  1. Click the Create button. This action opens the pop-up window Create Tax Account;
  2. Go to the Select Taxpayer section;
  3. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, TIN. This action generates the list of tax accounts in the lower section;
  4. Click the Next button. This action opens the page Tax Account (503:2001);
  5. Go to the Tax Account Identification section;
  6. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Tax Type, Registration Date, etc.;
  7. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the tax account, updates the Tax Account page (503:2001), assigns a unique account number to the tax account that has been created and displays the sections to add details to the tax account.
